  • De stemmed and transferred to open fermenters
  • Gentle cap management
  • Pressed to tank and settled
  • 1 year maturation in new and 12 month old D and J barrels ( central France)
  • Barrels individually selected for final blend.

TASTING NOTES

This is a wine of great complexity and intent. Vanilla beans, autumn leaves and brown spice with hint of berry crumble. The palate offers more red fruits with nougat, hazelnut and a lengthy finish with vibrant acidity.
