- 75% on skins for 8 hours, 25% on skins for 5 days
- Natural ferment
- Matured in stainless steel on fluffy lees for 4 months, a small portion in French oak
- No fining
TASTING NOTES
The 2015 Estate Pinot Gris has a vibrant copper tinge due to the extended skin contact with a nose of spiced pear, ginger, Anzac biscuits and honey. The palate delivers a soft, full textured mouth feel of baked pear with balanced, crunchy Granny Smith acidity.
