- Sunbury Shiraz and Heathcote Sangiovese
- Fruit was given a very gentle pressing followed by cold settling
- Racked with fluffy lees
- Wild ferment
- Long and slow ferment managed at 16 degrees Celsius
- No fining
TASTING NOTES
A very prominent nose with strawberry fruits, icing sugar and a touch of cardamon spice.
This wine has well balanced acidity with a creamy palate of red summer fruits and cranberry, perfect for summer time guzzling.
