Pepper, spice and all things nice. The unique Sunbury climate gives this wine a juicy round palette, full of white pepper and raspberry, with a medium tannic grip and a beautifully long finish.

Small batch wine making techniques were used with a maturation period of 12 months in new and old French oak barriques.
