2017 Estate Cabernet Franc

Similar to last year’s vintage this wine is a winner, light and crunchy with a stoney minerality. It is packed full of luscious red fruits, a great representation of the years climate. Good depth in colour and flavour. This ‘Cab Franc’ was handpicked and made with old school techniques. 85% whole bunch fermented and only 1000 bottles produced.
