Made in the traditional method from estate grown chardonnay, bottle fermented and aged on lees for 12 months before disgorgement. A delicate mousse encapsulates fresh white peach, granny smith apple and citrus interwoven with notes of apple blossom, creamed honey and fresh baked bread.
